Stacking the Shelves 5/6/12

Post previously known as "In My Mailbox (but not really)" hosted by The Story Siren.

I found a haul meme that would fit me! Yay. Stacking the Shelves is hosted by Tynga’s Reviews.
Sadly I didn't get any books this week for many reasons.
1. It's the end of the semester and I've had a lot of work to do.
2. This weekend I went to visit my sister a few hours away so I didn't get a chance to hit the library.
3. I spent ALL my money on this bad boy. I desperately needed  new computer and finally got one!

P.S I'm not going to link this up because this meme is for books not computers. lol.

In My Mailbox 4/29

In My Mailbox is hosted by The Story Siren. This will more than likely be my last IMM. But I haven't found a meme to replace it that fits my needs yet. There are a few I have my eye on but I'm not sure which I'll do yet.

I went to the library and got:

The Maze Runner by James Dashner.

And Cinder by Marissa Meyer.

What did you get this week? Oh and if you're not doing IMM's either, what replacement have you used?

Update: I have decided to continue with IMM for now. What she did was wrong. But her meme is the best fit for me. I can post it whenever I want as opposed to Mailbox Monday, or the other various "Sunday Something" memes that have been created. Plus I personally feel that since her issue is with plagiarism, it feels wrong to do another meme that is just like hers. That said, I completely understand why others would choose not to participate in it anymore. A book haul is a book haul no matter who hosts it so leave your in the comments!!

Yesterday I went to the library and got 2 books.

This week I bought 5 books!

First I got Out of Sight, Out of Time by Ally Carter. As soon as I got it out of the packaging I DEVOURED it!

Soul Thief  by Jana Oliver. I must say that I like these first two covers better than the others.

  Forbidden by Jana Oliver.

And the first two Hex Hall books by Rachel Hawkins.
Hex Hall

And Demonglass.

Plus I got a RAK from  Doodle over at Doodle's Book Blog. She got me Croak by Gina Damico. I can't wait to read it. Thank you!

What did you get this week?

Well I didn't exactly get it this week. This was supposed to be in last week's IMM. But since I read it so fast and put it up, I forgot about including it. And since I didn't get any new books this week, it works out.

Anyway I got Poison Study by Maria V. Snyder. A review should be up Monday.

These are the purchases that came after my last IMM.

I got Possessions by Nancy Holder, purely because of the cover. Which if I had noticed the author, I wouldn't have bought it because I didn't like her Wicked Series. But the blurb sounds so good!

And I got Dracula in Love by Karen Essex.

Finally I have Past Perfect by Leila Sales.

What did you get? Don't forget to leave a link for your IMM!

IMM 1

About a week ago I made a post about how I  spent too much money on a few orders of books. Today I finally received the first batch from amazon bargain books.

Prada and Prejudice by Mandy Hubbard.

Saving Juliet  by Suzanne Selfors.

The Demon Trapper's Daughter by Jana Oliver. (The only one I plan on doing a review for.)

IMM is hosted by The Story Siren.
